We live in an age of complex legislation and increasing technological sophistication. Training needs are fast becoming of paramount importance, with more and more organisations recognising that training and productivity are inextricable, leading to greater profitability.
We believe that while "systems make it possible, people make it happen". To bridge this gap we educate as much as train. As such, our mission statement is:

Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Training and Education from Huddersfield University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety Management from Portsmouth University. In addition to his academic qualifications Lee is a Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (CMIOSH). His experience is widespread, beginning his career in industry before moving into the public sector.
He has more than 30 years experience in training and education and for the last 12 years has been exclusively employed in the private sector concentrating on industrial health and safety.
Lee is also a registered tutor with National awarding bodies IOSH, ECITB, CIEH, SPA

To train and assess supervisors for a 2000+ workforce in internal systems and procedures concerning Health & Safety and Human Resources Management.
